ACCESS DENIED!
I've learned I have to stop pouring into cups that leave mine empty... There is a such thing as capacity and if others can't understand how I'm being more mindful about how I give up my time, my energy, my light - that's on them. Access to my capacity has always been given away so freely, so much to the point I was giving all of me away not realizing it until there was nothing left for me. Being the shoulder that everyone leans on, yet I can't find one for me when needed - access denied. Answering calls, text messages and emails, yet there's radio silence when I'm in need of some type of electronic connection - access denied. ...
